Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nannie Gales AFC provides individualized residential adult foster care services. Because services, charges, and funding arrangements may vary, applicable cancellation and refund terms are disclosed in the individual's written care and payment arrangements.

Refund eligibility, when applicable, is determined according to the applicable written agreement, services already provided, amounts paid, and the effective date services end.

Payments for services that have already been provided are not refundable unless otherwise required by the applicable written agreement.
