Services
Nannie Gales AFC provides residential adult foster care and supportive services based on individual needs and agreed care arrangements. The specific services to be provided are reviewed and disclosed before admission or the start of services.
Rates and Payment
Rates are individualized based on factors that may include level of care, services required, room accommodations, available income, and applicable funding or agency arrangements. All applicable charges, payment responsibilities, services, and payment terms are disclosed in writing before admission or the start of services.
Service Start
Services begin on the agreed admission or service start date after applicable services, charges, and payment terms have been reviewed and accepted.
Payment Authorization
Payments must be made by the individual or an authorized person or organization responsible for payment.
Changes in Services
Changes in care needs, services, funding arrangements, or accommodations may result in changes to charges. Applicable changes will be communicated and documented as appropriate.
